For cyclists and hikers, there are several cycling routes and hiking trails directly accessible from the campsite in and around the wooded area "de Meinweg." There are also beautiful historical monuments to admire in the area, such as "de Aerwinkel" castle and the castle in Montfort.
If you'd rather spend a day shopping, the town of Roermond, with its Designer Outlet and Retail Park, is a great place to visit. It's just a 30-minute drive from the farm campsite.
